This is a Factory OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Kia 3 Button keyless entry remote, aka "key fob".

NOTE : Maximum 2 remote transmitters can be programmed. If these procedures do not work, you must have your remote programmed by a professional automotive locksmith or dealership.
1. Use a jumper wire and connect between terminals 5 and 6 of the 20 pin diagnostic connector, located in the engine compartment close to the battery.
2. Switch ignition ON.
3. PRESS and HOLD the LOCK button on the first remote transmitter for 1 second, until the indicator lamps FLASH ONCE.
4. PRESS and HOLD the LOCK button on the second remote transmitter for 1 second, until the indicator lamps FLASH ONCE. (If applicable)
5. Switch ignition OFF and REMOVE key.
6. Remove jumper wire.
7. Check all remote transmitters for correct operation.

2. Switch ignition ON.
3. PRESS the LOCK button on the first remote transmitter to be programmed 2 times.
4. PRESS the LOCK button on the second remote transmitter 2 times. (If applicable)
5. Switch ignition OFF and REMOVE key.
6. REMOVE jumper wire.
7. Check all remote transmitters for correct operation.
