I didn't need a new key fob, just the rubber gasket inside. (Ours got lost somehow, probably during battery replacement.) I was very pleased when I opened the fob and found the gasket is a good match to the OEM product, fits well and makes the fob function correctly. While this was an expensive fix for a lost gasket, I could not find a place where I could just buy the piece. A makeshift gasket did not work well. I'll keep the rest of it for spare parts.
I bought this fob a few weeks ago. My mechanic was able to program it and it works fine. My only issue is when I called your customer service, the lady said the fob would come with both keys: the intelligent key and the manual key.When the fob arrived, there was only 1 key with it. I was lead to believe it would come with 2 keys: manual key, intelligent key. Please make sure she takes the time to explain this to people properly. There are those out there like me who haven't had to buy keys before and don't understand fully about the keys. Thanks.
