This is a Factory OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Isuzu Rodeo 3 Button keyless entry remote, aka "key fob".

1998-2004 Isuzu Rodeo
1. Open driver's door
2. Insert key into ignition
3. Turn the ignition to ACC (One turn back toward you) then to LOCK position three times. (this step must be done within 3 seconds. You must go as fast as you can or the vehicle will not enter programming mode)
4. Within 10 seconds, close and open driver's door twice. (you can also press the vehicle's courtesy light located on the inside of the door jamb twice to accomplish this step)
5. Again, turn the ignition to ACC (One turn back toward you) then to LOCK position three times. (this step must be done within 3 seconds. You must go as fast as you can or the vehicle will not enter programming mode)
6. Within 10 seconds, close and open the driver's door. The vehicle will respond by automatically locking and unlocking the doors, indicating the vehicle has entered programming mode.
7. Within 20 seconds, press the LOCK button on the remote to be programmed. The vehicle will respond by automatically locking and unlocking the doors.
8. Within 20 seconds, press the UNLOCK button on the same remote. The vehicle will respond by automatically locking and unlocking the doors, indicating the vehicle has programmed that remote.
9. Repeat steps 7. and 8. for each additional remote to be programmed.
10. Remove key from ignition and test all remotes.
