This is a Factory OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Isuzu 3 Button keyless entry remote, aka "key fob".

- Remove dashboard panel located below steering wheel to the left to access keyless entry receiver. You will need to remove a couple of screws to remove panel.
- Turn the ignition to ON. (ON is the position just shy of starting your vehicle without cranking the engine)
- Locate the green button on the side of the keyless entry receiver. It will be inside a small hole that can be accessed with a small pointy object such as a pen.
- Using the pointy object, press the green button until the exterior lights or the LED on the drivers side dash illuminate then release.
- Within 5 seconds of step 4. Press and release the top button on the remote. The LED should turn OFF, the siren chirps once and the front marker lights will flash if remote successfully programmed.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any additional remotes to program.
- Turn the ignition to off, test remotes, replace panel.
- Locate the keyless entry receiver located under the driver's seat.
- The receiver will have a label on it, rub your finger over the label and feel for a depression. When you feel a depression, push your finger through the label punching a hole in it. Beneath the label there will be a square yellow button; this is the programming button.
- Insert key and turn the ignition ON, then OFF. (ON is the position shy of starting the vehicle, OFF is the position where you can remove your key)
- Press and HOLD the programming button. The security siren will emit four chirps followed by five quick chirps to confirm the vehicle's in programming mode. The vehicle will then emit a chirp every three seconds.
- Release the programming button. You must perform the next step within 30 seconds of releasing the programming button. If the system emits three quick chirps then it has ended programming mode and you must start over.
- After a three second chirp, press the LOCK button on the remote. The system will respond with a confirmation chirp indicating the vehicle has accepted the remote.
- To program additional remotes; repeat step 6. within 30 seconds. You can program up to four remotes.
- To exit programming mode, turn the key ON, then back to OFF. Test all remotes
