This is a Factory OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Acura MDX 3 Button keyless entry remote, aka "key fob".

This remote will work with Memory 1 or Memory 2.
2001-2006 Acura MDX
The codes of up to three transmitters can be read into the keyless receiver unit memory. (If a fourth code is stored, the code which was input first will be erased.)
NOTE: It is important to maintain the time limits between the steps. Make sure the doors and the hatch are closed.
- Turn the ignition ON
- Within 4 seconds press LOCK or UNLOCK of first remote
- Within 4 seconds turn the ignition OFF
- Within 4 seconds turn the ignition ON
- Repeat steps 2 thru 4 twice
- Within 4 seconds press LOCK or UNLOCK of first remote
- The doors will now automatically lock and unlock to let you know that the programming mode has begun
- Within 10 seconds press LOCK or UNLOCK of the first remote which allows the doors to lock and unlock once and lets you know that the remote is now programmed
- Press LOCK or UNLOCK of each remaining remote (if you have any) allowing the doors to lock and unlock once as each remote is programmed
- Turn the ignition OFF
- Remove the key
